| The
main purpose of CCME is to develop ongoing educational, networking and
marketing opportunities for all Exchangors in the state of Colorado.
If you are a member of
Mile High Exchangors,
Pikes Peak Exchangors, Pueblo
Exchangors, Northern Colorado Exchange, you are automatically a member of CCME.
If you are not, you may join CCME for $50.00 a year. Please
complete the Application and send with a check to CCME.

The Mile High Exchangors meet on Wednesdays, 9:00 am, at The Denver Board of Realtors, 4300 E. Warren Ave., Denver. The cost to join is $100.00 of which $50.00 is paid to CCME. Guests are encouraged to attend two regular exchange meetings. New candidates for membership should then submit the appropriate forms along with membership dues to the membership chairperson. Guests who are licensed real estate agents may present a property for consideration if prior consent of the president is obtained first. A member must be a licensed real estate broker and salesperson. Membership is $100. 00 a year and includes a membership in CCME. There
are over were over 225 members. Weekly attendance is approximately
50 to 80 participants. |

The Pikes Peak Exchangors meets
every Friday, 8:00 a.m., Valley
Hi Country Club. You are
invited to attend one of our weekly meetings, and become familiar with
and participate in an exciting form of real estate marketing, and, one
that is most profitable. A
member must be a licensed real estate broker and salesperson.
Membership is $70.00 a year and includes a membership in CCME. |

Pueblo Exchangors breakfast meeting
is every Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. The meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. The location is The
Walking Stick Golf Course clubhouse. The dues are $75.00 which
includes CCME membeship as well. The third Thursday of the month
is set aside for a Taker Board meeting. |

NCEE meets every Friday 9:00 a.m. at Johnson's Corner truckstop off I-25 south of Loveland. Should you decide to join,membership is 75/year . This includes a membership in CCME, and the privilege of attending various functions throughout Colorado. |
