The Colorado Creative Market Exchange is a professional real estate association.   Often member brokers help achieve a tax deferral by either simultaneous exchange, exchange of properties or thru the tax deferral provisions of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.  There are four separate chapters in Colorado.

Members are licensed real estate brokers skilled in investment brokerage, appraisals, development, financial resources and structuring, management, taxation, and the varied benefits of Section 1031 real property exchanges.
